Donald L. Mabry
Donald L. Mabry brings over 25 years of civil litigation experience to Hutkin Law Firm, APC, where he concentrates on employment, business, and real estate litigation matters. Most of his practice is devoted to representing employees in wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims. The remainder is devoted to representing clients in business and real estate disputes.
Mr. Mabry has spent most of his career practicing in firms in San Francisco and Los Angeles, and more recently the Central Coast of California. He also has lived and practiced law in Wisconsin and New York. He has tried many cases in state and federal courts throughout California and the United States, and has extensive law and motion and discovery experience. He also has prosecuted and defended several appeals.
Mr. Mabry is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in California, all state and federal courts in Wisconsin, all state courts in New York and the federal Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York. He also is a member of the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association.
Mr. Mabry graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin in 1989, which he attended on an athletic scholarship. He received his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1994.
