Our firm provides high-quality, cost-effective, legal representation responsive to the needs of the people we represent in employment, business, and real estate litigation. We work to resolve matters before litigation by taking a proactive approach. However, if litigation becomes necessary, it is handled in an efficient and economic manner. With our working relationships with other excellent attorneys, no legal matter is too big as we have the ability to scale up depending on a matter's size.

Our firm specializes in what is sometimes called “underdog” or “David v Goliath” litigation where we represent one individual or a small group that are taking on their employer or a company in an effort to change and/or stop unlawful conduct for the good of themselves and others.  Many of our firm’s cases are referrals from other attorneys who recognize that our firm has the technical and financial resources, reputation, and ability to handle and take difficult, expensive and complex cases to trial.  We are frequently involved in litigation that involves multiple defendants and multiple law firms with seemingly unlimited resources.  We handle cases from intake to trial and through appeal.

The Hutkin Law Firm is made of two principal attorneys, Allen Hutkin and Maria Hutkin.  Maria Hutkin practices general civil law with an emphasis in business and real estate. Allen Hutkin practices general civil law with an emphasis in  employment, real estate, and business litigation.
